Education
When you join the ANFPP team you will be supported through a structured learning and development program. The program is evidence based and the skills you learn throughout your education will support you with delivery of the program. The education includes both online and face-to-face training over the course of the first year. This will ensure you have the appropriate skills and knowledge to effectively implement the program.
Continuing Support
As a member of the ANFPP team you will be supported by the National Support Service (NSS) and be part of a regular community of practice with other team members specific to your role. Integral to this program is the overarching principle of reflective practice and team case reviews.
