For Mums and Bubs

The ANFPP is all about you – your goals, your strengths and your dreams for your new bub and your family.

As part of the program, a Nurse Home Visitor and Family Partnership Worker (your Home Visiting Team) will visit you regularly during your pregnancy and up until your baby is 2 years old. As they share the journey with you they’ll answer your questions, help you discover your strengths, and help you to build the skills you want and need to be a great mum.

These are our core principles: Follow your heart's desire, You are an expert in your own life, Focus on solutions, Focus on strengths, Only a small change is necessary.

It’s all about you becoming the kind of mum you want to be.
