National Program Centre
The National Program Centre (NPC) is funded to provide support to provide core workforce education and professional support functions to the ANFPP implementing sites.
A critical role of the NPC is to support each of the implementing teams to maintain program fidelity and achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients. The NPC is currently managed by Abt JTA, in partnership with AusVoc Educational Publishing and CranaPlus to provide the following services:
- Workforce Development and Education including supporting recruitment activities that attract staff, supporting program experiences that improve staff retention and delivering an effective education program
- Monitoring and Evaluation including analysis of data and production of quarterly fidelity reports, quality review, annual data reporting and assistance with establishing the infrastructure required to monitor the program
- Provision of materials to support the program, including adaptation of existing Nurse Family Partnership materials to the Australian context, and development of new materials that will support the implementation of the program.
