This year the COAG Advisory Panel on Reducing Violence against Women and their Children released their final report which has been designed to inform the Third Action Plan of the National Plan to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children 2010-2022. The report recommends a new approach to achieve lasting change in the area within the Australian context. The report includes a case study on ANFPP and how the program demonstrates the importance of building partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
